Growing our Data Centre experience and capabilityFebruary 16, 2022 Eversheds Sutherland welcomes Sebastien Bonneau, enhancing its experience in this growing sub-sector Eversheds Sutherland has appointed new Partner Sebastien Bonneau, boosting the firm’s data centre experience for its clients. For over 20 years, Sebastien has built a formidable transactional practice, advising on international M&A, private equity and joint-venture transactions with particular focus across data centres, digital infrastructure and TMT. Sebastien’s experience significantly bolsters Eversheds Sutherland’s capability to advise clients in the fast growing data centre and digital infrastructure sub-sectors. With a focus of commercial and corporate matters, he adds a further layer of knowledge to the group, working alongside Mark Chester, Partner and Data Centres sector team leader, to grow Eversheds Sutherland’s data centre practice, which is one of Europe’s few specialist teams in this area. Sebastien qualified in 2001 with CMS, before joining Winston & Strawn in 2006. In 2012, he founded AYNFG, an independent legal practice in Paris, with also has a presence in the UK, US and Hong Kong. Sebastien is tri-lingual, speaking English, French and Spanish. He is a Registered Foreign Lawyer, having originally qualified in France, and will be based in Eversheds Sutherland’s London office.
