Morgan counsels clients on complex litigation and arbitration matters, including general business and antitrust litigation.
In addition to her litigation focus, she also assists colleges and universities with athletics-related compliance matters.
Morgan has experience navigating data privacy laws and advertising restrictions, such as state and federal regulations on youth advertising.
While in law school, Morgan served as the Executive Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. She also gained experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Paul C. Huck in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Morgan first joined Eversheds Sutherland as part of the 2024 Summer Associate Program.
