Peter is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland Finland with over 25 years of experience in demanding domestic and international assignments, particularly in the areas of corporate transactions, corporate law and contract law.
Peter focuses on corporate transactions (M&A). He assists clients in business acquisitions and divestments, leads transactions, and drafts and negotiates transaction-related agreements. He has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions across several industries.
In addition to corporate transactions, Peter has broad experience in corporate and contract law. He advises companies on day-to-day business law matters, shareholder agreements and governance issues, as well as on the drafting and interpretation of commercial contracts. He also assists clients in producer responsibility matters.
A significant part of Peter’s work involves advising family businesses and owner-entrepreneurs. He has extensive experience in planning and implementing business successions.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys trail running, skiing and wine.
