During his studies, Ulysse completed several internships with two law firms, a financial institution, an insurance company, as well as the Court of Auditors of the Canton of Vaud.
He pursued a law degree at the University of Fribourg, including a semester in the United Kingdom. More specifically, Ulysse obtained his bilingual French-German Bachelor of Law at the University of Fribourg, with a specialization in European law and law of religions. He then completed a Master of Law at the University of Fribourg, specialising in banking and tax law, which included an exchange semester at the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. He also completed the Certificate of Specialisation in Advocacy from the University of Geneva.
Ulysse also took part in the European Law Moot Court and worked as a tutor in commercial law.
