The second edition of “Le bail commercial - Analyse comparée Belgique, France, Luxembourg, Suisse” offers a structured and up-to-date analysis of the regimes applicable in these four countries, through a cross-reading by recognised specialists in each of these legal systems.

Beyond the differences, the book highlights points of convergence, while shedding light on recent developments in legislation and case law.
