We acted as legal advisor to Greencoat Renewables when it sold the 43.2 MW Kokkoneva wind farm located in Finland to the Norwegian renewable energy company Aneo Production Holding AS. Aneo is Norway's second largest owner of onshore wind assets.

Eversheds acted as our legal advisor on the sale process, and also for our initial acquisition of the asset. We are grateful to the Eversheds team for their dedication and expertise in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion, said Stephen Kearney, Invest Manager of Greencoat Capital LLP. 

We are happy that our long-term client Greencoat Renewables has placed their trust in us for this transaction, and we greatly value the excellent collaboration, said Partner Henrik Sandholm, who was responsible for the transaction.
