We acted as the legal advisor to Vaski Group Oy in an acquisition where it acquired 100% of the shares in Ursviken Group Oy.

The transaction team included Partners Vesa Turkki and Henrik Sandholm, as well as Senior Associate Linda Stenroth in Finland, along with Eversheds Sutherland's M&A team in Sweden.

Vaski Group specialises in delivering machinery and automation solutions.

The Swedish company Ursviken has specialized in advanced press brakes and cutting technologies for 135 years, positioning itself as one of the global technology leaders in the market.
