Fiete Feld is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Düsseldorf.
Fiete advises listed corporations, international private equity investors, and international and domestic companies on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property - particularly in the industrial, logistics and energy sectors. He also advises throughout the development, construction, and operational phases of major construction projects.
His work encompasses the drafting of land purchase agreements and other forms of land acquisition, the creation and defence of planning permission with particular expertise in immission control and environmental law, as well as the cost-efficiency of major construction projects (in particular through securing financing and large-scale subsidies).
Clients particularly value his commercial acumen and his in-depth expertise in the fields of construction, environmental and subsidy law.
