Michal acts for significant clients in the IT, industrials, energy, retail, construction and engineering and hospitality sectors.

Michal has extensive experience advising on and negotiating a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions across a range of industries.
He advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law and has experience in advising and representing clients in various merger control, cartel and abuse proceedings in the Czech Republic and before the European Commission.
Previously he also represented clients in disputes, including acting as a Co-Counsel in an international arbitration case with hearings held at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
Michal is a graduate of the Masaryk University's Faculty of Law and Cambridge Faculty of Law.
