Jamie is experienced in advising on technology outsourcing and procurement, software/system development, IT professional services, data privacy and information security, payments technology and platform agreements.
Jamie can assist you in contract drafting and negotiation for technology transactions, as well as assess your business initiatives from a legal and regulatory perspective and provide you with solutions to any relevant compliance issues, such as data privacy and security and outsourcing risks.
Jamie has acted for clients across different sectors, with a particularly strong experience in the financial services sector.
