Tim Reipen has been an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland since June 2026, having previously completed a one-year traineeship with the firm as a Trainee Lawyer in 2023.
He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other corporate matters across a variety of industries. His practice focuses on corporate governance, corporate restructurings and regulatory compliance, particularly in cross-border matters.
Prior to his current role, Tim gained valuable practical experience as a legal trainee and research assistant at a law firm in Bern, as well as serving as a clerk at a regional court.
Tim studied law at the University of Berne, obtaining his Bachelor of Law in 2021 and his Master of Law in 2023.
