Dominika Veselá

She specializes in real estate law, M&A and corporate law.

She has significant experience in corporate real estate, real estate development, real estate planning, construction and engineering.

She advises on complex commercial real transaction including forward purchase, sale and leaseback transactions and portfolio acquisitions. She also supports clients in ongoing asset management as well as in as negotiation of commercial leases for offices, retail units and logistics centres, both on the landlord and tenant side.

Dominika has over 14 years of experience providing legal advice to leading national and international companies operating in diverse sectors, project and property developers, building owners, retailers, logistics companies, private equity investors, and construction companies.

Furthermore, Dominika provides legal advice and support to non-profit organizations.

Dominika holds a master's degree in law from Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and a master's degree in Banking and Insurance from Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics, Prague. She is a member of Czech Bar Association.
