Jiacong is an associate in the Insurance practice group, where she advises financial services and insurance clients on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Jiacong gained valuable experience as a private equity associate at a prominent law firm in New York, where she represented private equity firms and their portfolio companies in mergers, sales, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts.
During law school, Jiacong was a Judicial Extern at the Delaware Court of Chancery, where she worked on M&A litigation and corporate governance litigation.
She is a native Mandarin speaker. She is also qualified to practice in the People’s Republic of China.
