Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland advised Nile Global, Inc, a leading multi-national technology company on its joint venture with solutions by stc.

Nile Global, Inc is a leader in enterprise Network as a Service (NaaS) which utilises AI and high-performance infrastructure to deliver for its clients. Solutions by stc are a leading enabler of digital transformation in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The joint venture which is called “Nile MEA”, aims to deliver advanced and secure networking solutions across Saudi Arabia and the MEA region, in line with the Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Vision 2030. The coming together of Nile Global and solutions by stc will enhance both company’s offerings within the MEA region by utilising AI-driven networking solutions and strengthening the security of wired and wireless networks.

Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Partner and Head of M&A for Saudi Arabia Walid J. Salib. Walid was supported by Corporate Associates based in our Riyadh, Doha and Abu Dhabi offices, including Faisal Al Shaikh and Matthew Carter. Senior Associate Lucrezia Berto and Principal Associate Andrew Garbett also assisted on intellectual property elements of the venture.
