Therése is an Associate in our Stockholm office, advising clients on both domestic and international transactions and reorganizations.
Therése’s main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations and general corporate governance, ensuring companies remain resilient and compliant in evolving markets. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Therése worked as an IP strategy and commercialization consultant, where she supported a company in optimizing its intellectual property portfolio.
