He has been a partner since 2009 and has worked at major international law firms since 1996. While Stockholm has been his primary location for many years, Richard has also worked in Frankfurt and London at "Scandinavian Desks" during his career.
A large part of Richard's role is to draft and negotiate international commercial contracts with focus on IP and IT, including research collaboration and technology licensing. He has also represented various clients in copyright, trademark and technology-related litigation.
Richard has acted for clients in various sectors, but with a focus on life science, consumer goods and telecom. In the beginning of his career he was on a longtime secondment to at - at the time - newly established telecom operator having been granted a 3G operator license, sparking his continued interest in the telecom industry.
He has conducted various legal trainings and professional development opportunities for clients in the areas of competition law and compliance.
