Jocelyn advises domestic and multinational clients on an array of construction, business and commercial litigation matters.
Jocelyn's experience includes litigating a wide range of complex construction and commercial disputes, such as claims for delay, loss of productivity, and incomplete or defective work, in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of New York. Additionally, Jocelyn regularly represents clients in a variety of alternative dispute resolution processes, including in arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Jocelyn was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, as well as at a boutique commercial litigation firm.
