Our partner René Schreiber, together with legal trainee Charlotte Drahovzal, contributed to the newly published 20th volume of the Yearbook Business Law Switzerland - EU 2025 and co-authored the tax law section of the anniversary edition.
This year's volume lists the latest developments in key areas of EU commercial law and their significance for Switzerland, covering various areas of law relevant to business, including banking and capital market law, intellectual property law, labour law, tax law and competition law. The yearbook provides a compact overview of the most important legislative initiatives, new laws and regulations, as well as judgements handed down in the past year 2024.
