Tom Black is a financial services litigator, with a particular interest in mortgage regulation and contentious ESG issues.
Tom is a Partner in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group. An experienced litigator who has practiced in the contentious retail finance space for over a decade, Tom regularly advises the largest retail banks on a variety of strategically important and high-profile matters, including judicial review challenges.
His experience in advising financial institutions in relation to the most complex and sensitive matters alongside his strong commitment to client service excellence makes Tom the ideal partner for retail financial institutions engaged in litigation; disputes with the Financial Ombudsman Service; or in need of strategic or regulatory advice.
