Dennis is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A team, based in the Amsterdam Office.
Dennis advises on matters regarding Dutch corporate law. Dennis’ focus is on matters ranging from mergers & acquisitions, (cross-border) corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, holding structures, and corporate governance advisory.
Before his role as associate, Dennis has gained valuable experience as paralegal at the firm’s corporate notarial team. Dennis has completed his master’s degree at the University of Amsterdam, where he studied civil law with a specialization in corporate law.
In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving and is always open for a debate on football.
