Kyle is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. Having begun his career in our US offices, Kyle is a dual-qualified lawyer, licensed in both England and Wales and the State of Georgia.
Kyle focuses particularly on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestments, and corporate reorganisations. He has supported clients on transactions in a diverse range of industries, including automotive, building products, technology and media, aerospace and defence, payments, insurance, and renewable energy.
Kyle frequently supports US-headquartered clients on acquisitions or divestments of UK businesses, and vice versa.
