Eversheds Sutherland Sweden has advised Sdiptech AB in connection with their divestment of KSS Klimat & Styrsystem AB to the SI Group.
KSS was founded in 1996 and has since offered effective, comprehensive solutions for a good and sustainable indoor climate. The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million and has 38 employees spread across three offices in Stockholm, Uppsala and Malmö. The end customers consist mainly of commercial property owners and the public sector.
 
Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Jens André, Therése Berg, Gustav Dahlsjö, Sabrina Ibrisevic.
