John is a Senior Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Banking & Finance group, focusing on equity capital markets, public M&A, and corporate matters for listed companies.
John has experience in advising clients on equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, reverse takeovers, incentive programs, other capital raisings and investments, as well as public M&A transactions such as public takeovers. John frequently advises listed companies on disclosure obligations relating to inside information, corporate governance, and compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
He also assists boards and management teams with corporate law matters, including the preparation and execution of general meetings.
