Christine represents clients in a variety of commercial lending transactions, corporate governance and EB-5 transactions.
She focuses her practice on advising both lenders and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including asset-based lending, lines of credit, working capital and leveraged acquisition financings, equipment financings, construction financings, loan syndications and participations, senior, second lien and subordinated financings and mezzanine financing.
Her clients include US and multinational companies and banking clients, with an emphasis on the Korean market.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Christine worked as an associate in the corporate practice of a major US law firm. While in law school, Christine served a legal externship with the DeKalb County Public Defender's Office, where she represented indigent defendants in criminal trials at the appellate level.
