She assists clients with negotiations, drafting and more generally with their real estate projects.
Mélody advises mainly private clients of foreign investors in all real estate transactions (asset and share deals), commercial leases and real estate asset management, especially in the hospitality sector where she has a strong experience.
Her track record includes assisting foreign clients and new players who enter the French real estate market. She also has a broad experience working on construction matters.
As a member of the Paris Bar since 2017, Mélody graduated in Business Law from the University of Paris-Saclay. She has worked in several law firms (Hogan Lovells, Orrick Rambaud Martel and Goodwin Procter) before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2023.

- Assisting a family office, in the acquisition of one real estate asset that will consist, upon completion of refurbishment works, of an innovative office building and urban logistics center located in Paris.
