Simon Rydberg

Simon works with a broad range of companies and his main areas of practice include Swedish and international commercial law with a particular focus on commercial agreements and regulatory issues. 

A large part of Simon´s role is to draft national and international commercial contracts for clients in a B2B context, including distribution, purchase and supply of products and services. He also provides advice on regulatory matters to clients in various sectors, such as the food and tobacco industry, and consumer goods and services. 

Simon also assists his M&A and equity capital markets colleagues with analyzing commercial contracts in connection with transactions and other types of investments.
