Johan is our Managing Partner and a member of our Transaction Services group. He focuses on corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, as well as corporate and capital markets matters.
Johan regularly advises domestic and international companies and private equity investors on acquisitions, restructurings and other strategic transactions.
Johan is actively involved in Eversheds Sutherland’s international network and, among other roles, serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Eversheds Sutherland Europe Limited.
He also heads Eversheds Sutherland’s Corporate Secretarial Services unit.
Johan has advised a broad range of clients across various industries—particularly in the technology and consumer sectors—including listed and private companies as well as private equity investors, on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Outside of his professional work, Johan has a strong interest in the arts. He can often be found at art exhibitions and has also served as a guide at several art museums. Pro bono work is important to him, and he serves, among other roles, as Chair of the Board of a Finnish charitable foundation.
