The funds industry stands at a real crossroads, and the next years are going to bring about changes which will transform the image of the industry as a whole.
These changes are going to create risks and opportunities for fund houses, fund managers and investors. ESG is already having a real impact on the investment decisions of funds and their investors. The increased digitalization, including tokenization, of funds and their assets is causing the industry to have to adapt to new strategies and skills. Markets across the world are having to rethink and restructure their fund offering to accommodate demand from investors and to keep up with global competition.
