Phishing scams in the name of Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co

These emails are (as far as we know) in Estonian language and they include an invitation to click on a malware link. The subject of the email is "See teade on välja antud, et edendada õiglast koostööd kaubamärgi rikkumise küsimuste lahendamisel."  
 
We have consulted with our IT service provider and the State Information Systems Centre and received information that this is a relatively common phishing attempt and adequate anti-virus and email management software should prevent these messages from reaching the recipients.

However, we consider it our duty to inform you that

1. we do not send these emails;
2. the link in the letter must not be clicked on, as it contains malware; and 
3. we treat the incident seriously and actively address to mitigate it.
