Eversheds Sutherland has two new lawyers

Prague, 16 March 2021 – After passing the bar exam, Mgr. Ing. Ondřej Šudoma and Mgr. Paulína Macháčová were registered in the list of lawyers at the Czech Bar Association today. They took the solemn oath remotely. The trainees thus officially became lawyers.

Ondřej Šudoma focuses mainly on labour law, general commercial law and company law. He has been working in our law firm since 2018. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics. In addition to Czech, he also speaks English.

Paulína Macháčová focuses mainly on litigation and company law, including M&A, and intellectual property law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and studied at the University of Copenhagen. She has been working in our law firm since 2017. In addition to Czech, she is fluent in Slovak and English.
