She advises on complex, high value strategic projects for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. Her experience spans outsourcing, recruitment services, and sophisticated supply arrangements, and she also has particular expertise in the regulatory framework governing public procurement.

- advising a client in the defence sector on the terms of a framework agreement with a UK government owned and operated nuclear services technology provider, with a particular focus on intellectual property rights and ownership
- drafting a collaborative supply agreement for use between a defence-sector client and multiple engineering services providers, including advising on the requirements of the Defence Reform Act
- drafting and negotiating a suite of commercial contracts for a £1.3bn construction redevelopment project
- advising a healthcare charity on the establishment of a collaboration to provide radiotherapy facilities across its estate
- supporting clients across various industries in negotiating appropriate terms when contracting with recruitment agencies, ensuring compliance with the complex regulatory framework governing the supply of temporary and permanent labour
Lara also has in house experience with a major international sports team based in Manchester, where she advised on operational and brand protection matters. This role provided her with valuable insight into the operational, legal, and governance challenges inherent in running a global organisation
