Elin is an Associate in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, based in Manchester.
She advises institutional landlords, corporate occupiers, and property managers on a wide range of contentious property matters including dilapidations negotiations, rent arrears recovery and enforcement, possession proceedings against trespassers, breach of covenant claims including obtaining urgent injunctive relief, opposed and unopposed lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and vacant possession strategies for redevelopment.
Elin also has expertise in claims brought under the Equality Act 2010 relating to commercial property. She regularly advises on complex, high-value matters involving public and quasi-public organisations, offering commercially sensitive guidance in challenging contexts.
