Maria is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team in London. She advises clients on complex, high stakes disputes driven by financial pressure, stakeholder conflict and regulatory investigations.
Maria works closely with clients to understand their commercial priorities and the wider context in which disputes arise, providing strategic advice throughout contentious and often high pressure situations.
Maria has a broad commercial and corporate practice and regularly acts for multinational corporations, financial institutions, shareholders, and high net worth individuals in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. She acts in High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Arbitration proceedings (ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL).
