Natalie is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Litigation group.
Natalie also advises on a wide range of property disputes and provides strategic advice on large projects, most recently providing strategic and technical advice on the Thames Tideway Tunnel Infrastructure Project. Natalie regularly advises housebuilders and developers on development constraints, including rights to light and restrictive covenants and advises on and implements VP strategies in respect of both commercial and residential properties.
Natalie also delivers litigation and dispute management services to the education sector. Natalie advises in litigation including contentious student matters, including defending institutions against claims for breach of contract arising out of alternative teaching arrangements during the pandemic and disability discrimination claims.
In addition to this, Natalie also advises on student accommodation issues and service occupancy contracts and breach of contract claims. Recently, Natalie acted on behalf of a private apprenticeship provider in a judicial review claim against Ofsted which resulted in the disputed report not being published and a new inspection being conducted.
