Nikki leads the real estate part of our market-leading Real Estate Finance Practice. She runs a team of real estate finance specialists across the network of offices and co-ordinates specialist input from fee earners across construction, litigation, tax and other practice areas as appropriate in order to deliver a national team approach to Real Estate Finance transactions on behalf of our clients.
Nikki has an impressive client list and is consistently praised by clients for her ability to combine technical excellence with practical commercial advice.
A large part of Nikki's role is in helping you to successfully execute your real estate finance transactions, ensuring that you benefit from our perspectives on the market and ability to navigate difficult transactions. This understanding comes from working with a wide array of both borrowers and lenders with different appetites for risk. Nikki can assist in the full range of financing options and is particularly well-known for her expertise in development finance.

- acting for Precis Capital Partners and The Carlyle Group in relation to the real estate aspects of a £251m loan to Moda Living to finance the development of a 467-home build-to-rent scheme in Nine Elms
- advising on a £72m investment and development facility linked to the lender's sustainability framework to refinance existing debt and development costs in relation to a portfolio of office buildings
- preparation of a suite of precedent real estate documents for use by a client in relation to development finance transactions
- acting in relation to a £254m development of a tower block comprising 360 residential units, c73,000 sq ft of intermediate and affordable housing units, car parking and office and retail space
- Leading on a £183m loan to finance development costs in connection with the development of land and buildings at Brentford Waterside in the London Borough of Hounslow including the development of 336 open market residential units, 55,000 sq ft of retail space, 35,000 sq ft supermarket, car parking and additional amenities and infrastructure work
