Jason helps corporate borrowers, financial institutions and sponsors on a variety of complex acquisition finances, refinancings and restructurings, as well as day-to-day treasury matters, many with a multi-jurisdictional element.

Jason's recent experience includes:
- advising a FTSE 100 client on their £450m investment grade syndicated facility arrangements
- helping a listed retail client with the successful negotiations with their funders and pension trustees over a 12-month period, culminating in a complex refinancing of secured syndicated facilities and a variety of lease finance facilities. This involved Jason working very closely over that period with senior management and other key professionals and supporting the Treasury team with the review and negotiation of extensive ancillary facilities
- supporting a leading European private capital provider with all aspects of the £250m debt facilities accessed to purchase and expand by bolt on acquisitions, their investment in a Pan-European domain hosting business
- working with the finance team of a long-standing listed client on the refinance of their syndicated crossover credit facilities, in tandem with my colleagues working on their securitization and equity raise, culminating in a simultaneous closing
