Kaupan myötä Parmaco vahvistaa johtoasemaansa pohjoismaisessa julkisessa rakentamisessa ja mahdollistaa pääsyn sosiaali- ja terveydenhuoltomarkkinoille. Toimeksiantotiimiimme kuuluivat osakkaat Harri Tolppanen, Henri Steiner ja Olli Hyvönen sekä Senior Associate Linda Miettinen ja Associate Alexiina Ahonkivi. Fixcel työllistää noin 50 henkilöä talotehtaallaan Hämeenlinnassa ja pääkonttorillaan Helsingissä. Fixcel on historiansa aikana rakentanut yli 30 000 neliömetriä julkisia tiloja, kuten Suomen suurimman modulaarisen rakennuksen, Helsingissä sijaitsevan 8 500 neliömetrin Maatullin koulun sekä Seinäjoen lastensairaalan. Fixcelin rakennukset ovat poikkeuksellisen pitkäikäisiä ja energiatehokkaita ja sitä kautta elinkaareltaan ekologisesti vastuullisia. Fixcelin rakennukset ovat kierrätettäviä, ja markkinoille todennäköisesti vuonna 2026 tuleva hiilivapaa teräs mahdollistaa jatkossa erittäin pienen hiilijalanjäljen.
