Jatkuvasti kiihtyvä sähköistyminen sekä murros energiajärjestelmässä tuovat uudenlaisia haasteita, kuten tuotannon hajautuminen ja vaihteleva kapasiteetti. Nämä ovat jatkuvasti lisänneet kysyntää sähkön laadun seurantaan ja hallintaan tarkoitetuille ratkaisuille. Sähköalan asiantuntija ja tekninen tukkukauppa Multirel Oy vastaa muutokseen ja siirtyy seuraavaan kasvuvaiheeseen laajentamalla omistuspohjaansa. Yhtiö valitsi yhteistyökumppanikseen Helmet Capitalin, jonka sijoittajaryhmän myötä yhtiöön tulee merkittävä uusia omistajia. Multirel tarjoaa laajan valikoiman muuntajia, kompensointilaitteita, sähkölaitteita ja -tarvikkeita sekä niihin liittyviä palveluita energiayhtiöille, sähköverkkoyhtiöille ja teollisuudelle kaikkialla Suomessa. Helmet Capital on suomalainen sijoitusyhtiö, joka on sijoittanut menestyviin kotimaisiin yrityksiin vuodesta 1998 lähtien. Toimeksiannosta vastasi Partner Henrik Sandholm.
