Toimimme Erikoisrahasto eQ Yhteiskuntakiinteistöjen neuvonantajana sen ostaessa Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Fredricin osakekannan Turun Herttuankulmassa. Lehto Asunnot Oy vastaa rakentamisesta. Kohteeseen tulee päiväkoti, hoivayksikkö ja pääasiassa senioreille suunnattuja vuokra-asuntoja. Hankkeen koko on 5400 kerrosneliömetriä.

Toimeksiannosta vastasi osakas Saara Raitala, tiimissä lisäksi Specialist Counsel Mari Rusi sekä osakas Kai Salonen.
