Eversheds Sutherland acts as a pro bono partner of the Center for Reproductive Rights in Switzerland

We are proud to be a pro bono partner of the Center for Reproductive Rights in Switzerland. Over the past five years, Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland has provided the Center with legal assistance in various matters under Swiss law, in particular employment, immigration and contract law. We look forward to further pro bono activities for the Center in the near future.

The Center is the only global legal advocacy organization dedicated to advancing reproductive rights. The Center addresses issues that protect and advance women's reproductive health, self-determination, and dignity as fundamental human rights. The Center uses the power of law to ensure that every woman shall have the right to decide whether or when to have children and whether to get married. Moreover, access to quality reproductive health care is an important concern. The Center has already achieved many landmark court victories to advance reproductive rights around the world. Together with their international law firm partners, the Center aims to continue this successful work.
