Our global team of competition litigators have steered clients through some of the most complex and high-value competition litigation around the world.
Our international team of lawyers can defend you against claims of price-fixing, cartel behavior, abuse of dominance and other anticompetitive acts. We can also bring competition claims on your behalf, both stand-alone and follow-on.
Our litigators represent parties in civil antitrust litigation and defend government suits against our clients, including representing them in appeals of regulatory decisions. We are experienced with opt-out and opt-in putative class actions by direct and indirect purchasers, as well as both stand-alone and follow-on claims based on theories including abuse of dominance, price-fixing, bid-rigging, supply restraint, market allocation and group boycotts. We handle cutting-edge issues, including claims of illegal wage restraints, no-poach agreements and algorithmic pricing.
Geography is no obstacle. Our global team understands the nuances of law in each country in which you do business, and our award-winning RAPID Resolution project management system is designed to bring an efficient, seamless service wherever you operate. We are also at the forefront of the increasingly important world of third-party litigation funding, having defended and pursued many funded claims.
Understanding is the key to competition litigation. Not only do we have an acute working knowledge of antitrust rules and court procedure around the globe, we will also take the time to understand your business and the specific challenges you’re facing.
