If your company is operating in the US or it is anticipating entering the US market in the future, it is vital that you learn the fundamentals of US employment law. This in-person training course is led by two US lawyers who have over 50 years experience between them, advising companies ranging from large multinationals to small start-up enterprises in US employment law.
Please note that this in-person course will only cover the basic foundations of the topics in the programme. We aim to bring to life these topics through real-life scenarios. Participants will have the opportunity to break out into groups and get involved in the scenario to utilise the theory covered to enhance their understanding and interpretation of US employment law by providing solutions and feedback to the facilitators when they return to the main group.
