• advising the public entity responsible for delivering all infrastructure, planning and operations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup™
• represented a web services provider in its first ever sports betting partnership with MGM, adding sports betting capability to the largest fantasy sports platform in the world
• advising an international sports federation, comprised of more than 125 national member federations affiliated through six regional associations, on a myriad of corporate and commercial matters, employment law and served as the Official Legal Services Partner of their World Cup in 2021
• drafting and negating a worldwide sponsoring agreement between a global designer and manufacturer of athletic goods and an international racing organization
• representing a professional American football team in several commercial matters, including the first ever Covid-19 “mask-free” NFL program with Clear, a sponsorship agreement with an energy company and all energy matters related to Allegiant Stadium and the Practice Facility
• representing one of the most valuable British sports teams on IT and commercial contracting relationships and in licensing its copyrighted contents to a giant Chinese video sharing website; and launching an official Chinese app via various social media platforms and other channels like app stores in China
• representing an NBA athlete and his investment firm in its acquisition of a minority stake in an MLS soccer team and in the acquisition and sale of a minority stake in a global sports company
• achieving favorable outcomes for stadium owners in challenges to nearly $600 million in public financing for the construction of two new US professional sports stadiums in Atlanta
