Laura represents lenders and borrowers on a variety of secured and unsecured commercial lending and debt finance transactions.
These include senior, second lien and subordinated facilities, domestic and international leveraged acquisition financings, loan syndications and participations, and refinancings.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, she worked as an associate at another major law firm advising clients on debt financing transactions.
