Eugénie advises French and international clients on all aspects of French employment law. She has broad experience in both individual matters (employment contracts, dismissals, settlements) and collective issues (union negotiations, internal investigations, business transfers, collective redundancies).
She also regularly represents companies before French labor courts.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2025, she spent three years at a leading employment law firm and over five years at an international multidisciplinary firm, working with a wide range of clients across various industries.
