Doriane’s practice covers all matters related to corporate law. She has been involved in a wide range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority and majority investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, as well as corporate restructurings. She advises both French and international clients (whether industrial or private equity clients) on the legal aspects of their investments in France.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Doriane has worked for over seven years in major international law firms in Paris and Casablanca, as a corporate / M&A associate.

- Assisting a US SPAC, on its merger with a world leader in mobile payment and digital marketing*
- Advising an Omaha-based family office, in the context of its minority investment in a French company pioneering digital health in the field of dentistry and orthodontics*
- Advising a specialist private equity firm, on its acquisition of a majority stake in a French end-to-end payments platform*
- Advising a London-based specialist investment fund, in connection with its investment in a French ACPR-accredited payment institution, and various add-on investments in this company*

- Doriane holds a Master's Degree in Economic Law, specializing in Companies, Markets and Regulation, from the Law School of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and studied law and politics at the University of Manchester in England
- She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017
