Eversheds Sutherland advises Arcwide on their recent acquisition of Cedar Bay's UK and US IFS business

Arcwide is a joint venture between BearingPoint and IFS dedicated to the deployment of IFS Cloud services, which unites technology innovation and professional services to help companies accelerate value realisation.

The team was led by Claire Wills and Lee Harris, supported by Lowri Roberts.
