Eversheds Sutherland advises Azurity Pharmaceuticals on strategic acquisition of Covis Pharma Group

Azurity is a privately-held pharmaceutical company specializing in providing innovative, high-quality medicines that serve overlooked patients. The company develops and commercializes proprietary, patient-centric medications focused on orphan, rare, and niche populations.

Covis is a global pharmaceutical company that markets therapeutic solutions in more than 50 countries for patients with life-threatening conditions and chronic illnesses.

Eversheds Sutherland advised on all elements of the transaction from M&A, acquisition financing (together with White & Case) and IP to regulatory, commercial and employment, across multiple jurisdictions including the US, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Canada.
