Eversheds Sutherland advises Azurity Pharmaceuticals on strategic acquisition of Covis Pharma GroupMarch 19, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland has advised Azurity Pharmaceuticals (Azurity) on its strategic acquisition of Covis Pharma Group (Covis). Azurity is a privately-held pharmaceutical company specializing in providing innovative, high-quality medicines that serve overlooked patients. The company develops and commercializes proprietary, patient-centric medications focused on orphan, rare, and niche populations.
