Isak is an Associate in our Stockholm office and focuses on real estate law.
Isak works with a wide range of Swedish and international real estate law matters and clients across several different sectors. Isak regularly assists and advises Swedish and international clients in matters relating to inter alia commercial premises and land, real estate acquisitions and divestements (including share transfers), real estate disputes, and real estate-related issues in M&A transactions.
Outside of assisting clients, he has written a publication published in the Swedish legal journal Insolvensrättslig Tidskrift on the tenant’s pledge of rights under commercial leases.
