Eversheds Sutherland advises Santander Bank Polska on financing Adgar Poland’s portfolio of seven real properties

Eversheds Sutherland Poland has advised Santander Bank Polska on the consolidation and extension of its financing of a portfolio of seven real properties owned by Adgar Poland. The financing involves increasing energy efficiency and pursuing ESG targets in compliance with the current strategy.

The Eversheds Sutherland team provided comprehensive finance advice, including the preparation and negotiation of amended and restated finance documents, as well as the conduct of limited due diligence. The transaction was led by partner and head of the Warsaw Banking & Finance team, Mateusz Dereszyński, with support from Of Counsel Adrian Ziółkowski and lawyer Rafał Piasecki. The Energy team, led by Kamil Lenczewski (Of Counsel), conducted legal due diligence.
